The short version
This version of the site does not load analytics or advertising scripts. Our host and map provider may receive technical request information as described below. If you send us a message, we use it to answer you.
Who your browser talks to
These services process information when you use the site. Some requests come from your browser; others come from our server.

Typefaces are served from this site, not from Google Fonts, so no font host sees your visit.
What we collect, and when
- When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the apartment you picked and your message. Our server sends them through Resend to our inbox so that we can answer you.
- When you apply for an apartment: you leave this site for AppFolio's application, and what you enter there is held by AppFolio under their policy and by us as your prospective landlord.
- Site requests: Vercel may process request metadata such as your IP address, requested URL and browser details to operate the site.
How long we keep it
We have not published a fixed retention period for contact messages. Messages reach our inbox through Resend. Application information is handled through AppFolio and our rental process. Service providers handle technical request data under their own policies. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of information we hold.
Asking for your data

This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
