Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find an apartment, see its rent and apply for it, whatever they are using to read this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. If something blocks you, please tell us so we can investigate and fix it.

We work on the pages themselves rather than relying on an accessibility overlay.

How to report a problem

Tell us what page you were on and what happened, and we will look at it. This is the route to use for anything on this site that gets in your way.

Asking for an accommodation

If you need something on this site in another format, or an adjustment to a viewing or to your tenancy because of a disability, ask on any of the routes above. Under the Fair Housing Act you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation or modification, and asking does not affect your application.

What we have done

  • Pages include a skip link to the main content and visible keyboard focus.
  • The contact form uses visible labels. The apartment tables use column headers.
  • The apartment search includes filters and a matching list alongside the map; map pins can be selected by keyboard.
  • Informative images have descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The design adapts to narrow screens and respects reduced-motion settings.

Standards we follow

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We review keyboard access, readable text, labels and instructions, and screen-size behavior as the site changes. You can also request a reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act.

What we have not done

We have not obtained a third-party accessibility audit or a WCAG certification. This statement describes our target and current design, not a guarantee that every feature works for every visitor. Please contact us about any barrier you find.
